Cancellations and other important information
Intake: Before commencing with our first appointment, you will receive intake paperwork in addition to a service agreement. Please ensure this is completed and sent back before your first appointment.
Assessments and reports: While assessments and reports are available, legal documents and matters are not. If you require a letter of support, a review letter or assessments, there may be a minimum number of appointments needed to appropriately assess and support.
Reminders: Confirmation texts and emails may be sent as a courtesy, however they do not replace the clients responsibility to remember their appointment day and time.
Record keeping: Secure and private notes are maintained from all appointments. If you have concerns regarding this, please let us know and we will do out best to accommodate you.
Cancellations: We require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment without incurring a cancellation fee. This policy is in place to allow other clients, who may be on a waitlist, to be offered an appointment. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or non-attendance occurs, the full fee will be charged.
